I attended the Rennsport Dragon Rally, which is a driving focus point-to-point event. One that is centered around drives that usually start or end at the infamous, Tail of The Dragon!
This high-octane weekend is a driving enthusiast’s dream (or nightmare). The Dragon consists of 318 turns in just 11 miles. The twisty mountain-side, two-lane road weeds out any wannabe drivers, and spits out cars that can’t take the heat. If the Dragon doesn’t do it, the remaining 100+ mi per day just might. For me, I couldn’t wait to get up in the morning and hit the roads of TN and NC.
